5.1 All transactions on the bing8 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bing8 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to any changes bing8 may make to available payment methods from time to time.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. bing8 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds. bing8 may require KYC verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding defined thresholds.
5.4 bing8 targets processing all withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer. bing8 shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking holidays, or technical issues outside of bing8's control.
5.5 bing8 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, a violation of these Terms, or where KYC documentation is outstanding. bing8 will notify the Player of any such action and provide an opportunity to respond.
5.6 All funds deposited into your bing8 Wallet are held for the purpose of gaming activity only. Deposits do not earn interest. bing8 maintains player funds separately from operational funds.
6.1 Each Game on the bing8 Platform is governed by individual Game Rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Game Rules, the specific Game Rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that Game.
6.2 bing8 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all non-live casino games. Live casino games are conducted using real physical equipment (cards, dice, wheels) visible on live video streams. bing8's RNG has been independently tested and certified for fairness.

12.2 bing8's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited in your Wallet during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 bing8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bing8 makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bing8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 bing8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is accessible at bing8.club/privacy-policy.
13.2 By registering on bing8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.
14.1 You may close your bing8 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
14.2 bing8 may suspend or terminate your Account at its discretion, with or without notice, where:
