8. Data Retention

8.1 bing8 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and for as long as required by applicable law. The following indicative retention periods apply:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account's active status plus a period of five (5) years after account closure, to comply with AML and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
• KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
• Transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, gameplay): Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn and for one (1) year thereafter as evidence of consent.

11.1 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has provided personal data to bing8, please contact the Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 15. bing8 will investigate and take prompt remedial action.

12. Marketing Communications

12.1 bing8 sends marketing communications — including promotional offers, bonus announcements, game updates, and platform news — only to players who have provided explicit consent during registration or subsequently through account settings.

12.2 You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by:

• Updating your communication preferences in your bing8 account settings;
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email sent by bing8;
• Contacting bing8 customer support and requesting removal from marketing lists.

12.3 Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your ability to use the bing8 platform. 14.2 bing8 will notify affected players without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms. Notification will be made via the player's registered mobile number or, where available, registered email address.

14.3 Breach notifications to players will include: a description of the nature of the breach; the categories and approximate number of players affected; the likely consequences of the breach; and the measures bing8 has taken or proposes to take to address the breach.

15. Data Protection Officer

15.1 bing8 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing data protection compliance, handling data subject requests, and serving as the point of contact for the National Privacy Commission.

15.2 Players may also escalate unresolved data privacy complaints to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph (not a clickable link — type directly into your browser).

16. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

16.1 bing8 reviews and, where necessary, updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised.

16.2 Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how your data is processed or the rights available to you — bing8 will notify affected players at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Policy takes effect, via the player's registered mobile number or, where available, registered email address.

16.3 Continued use of the bing8 platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the amended Policy, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
